Made from a deadstock baseball cap, we have covered up the original logo with an embroidered patch reading "the Day you Plant the Seed is not the day you ear the fruit" There is an adjustable strap in the back.
Isaboko is a garment making project based on the notion that beautiful materials deserved to be seen, used, and cherished. We want to honor the weaver of the textiles, the dyer of the fibers, the silkworms and plants that created the fibers, and the original garment intention and life. We deconstruct vintage kimonos and obis and transform them into modern garments designed for anyone to wear. We design, cut and sew our garments in NYC.
