Shipping, Returns, Repairs
Our products are very unique in fabric, size, and fit and we will happily help you find the right Isaboko garment so you can wear it for years to come. Please write an email to info@Isaboko.com before placing an order if you have any questions about a product - fit, measurements, fabric, details or otherwise.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Items ship out within 3 buisness days unless otherwise communicated. We work with USPS for domestic orders.
Tracking information is included with a confirmation note once your order has been shipped. Additional shipping costs for returns, rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
For international shipments, the receiver is responsible for customs/duties fees incurred from importing goods.
Select objects are subject to exclusion from free shipping.
Returns
Free returns (within the US) on all items, subject to a $20 restock fee. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns for store credit with no restock fee can be made within 20 days of delivery.
To return merchandise, email info@isaboko.com for return authorization and correct return address. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. All return shipments must be sent with ‘Signature Required’ delivery - any packages sent without this option, that are not delivered will not be refunded.
Does not apply to customized items.
Free Repairs
All Isaboko items come with free repairs. Email us and send us pictures of your repair and then after communicating ship us your item with signature required at delivery. We will then do your repair and ship it back to you. Amount of time repair takes may vary. Repairs are fixing any damage to original product. Alterations which is making an adjustment in fit or shape to the original product will have a fee which will be communicated over email.
