Pazu Jeans:
The denim for these jeans was originally end of roll yardage from a water damaged crate that was rescued and hand washed in Los Angeles by Jillian Clark of Roboro, a company dedicated to textile waste solutions. She sent us a box of the denim and we patchworked the fabrics together with our signature red cotton thread.
We made 8 pairs of these jeans, all with unique stitching and patchwork. The material is a patchwork of medium weight cotton poly blends.
The name Pazu comes from the 1986 film "Castle in the Sky" who's protagonist Pazu is a spirited, brave, and kind young boy.

Vintage American Textiles
We made a series of 10 pants using our collection of unfinished American quilt faces and fabrics from the 1960's-1990's. We used silk kimono patches to cover stains and signs of aging, and create a multicultural fabric story.

MTV Sweatpants
In 2023 Isaboko Designer Isabella Li Kostrzewa was featured in a MTV YouTube series designing a hoodie for Kpop group "Seventeen." These pants are made from the leftover fabric from that project gifted to us by the production team from that set with MTV. The fabrics have been patchwork together to emulate the original hoodie design.
4 of these pants were made.

Deconstructed Kimono Silk
Using our signature deconstructing and reconstructing kimono process we created 5 pairs of very special 1/1 silk Pazu pants.
The kimonos used for these pants are from the Late Showa Period (1940's-1980's)
